Terms and Conditions

1. Booking and accommodation online

The online reservation system can be used by any user over the age of 18. If you are under the age of 18 please ask the assistance of a parent or a tutor.

By completing and submitting the online reservation, you agree with the use of the data for the following:

  • The confirmation of the reservation;
  • The informative email referring to your reservation;
  • The informative email referring to the special accommodation offers, promotions, as well as the appearance of new services.

The check-in starts at 13:00.

The check-out is before 12:00.

Early check-in and late check-out can be possible on request. For this please notify the reception of the hotel in advance.


2. Cancelation/ No-show policy

After you made a reservation, the room remains booked till 18:00, the day of your arrival. In case you check-in later please notify the reception in advance via phone, fax or email. In case you don’t inform your late arrival, the hotel has the right to cancel your reservation.

For reservation cancelations please announce immediately the reception via email to hotel@platinum.md, via phone: (+373 22) 62 32 20, or via fax: (+373 22) 62 32 22.


3. Prices and Payment

The room prices include: VAT, breakfast and all the taxes imposed by the laws of Republic of Moldova.

Hotel Platinum JND reserves the right to change the room rates without any notice in advance, but these increases will not affect the reservations already confirmed.

The payment is made at the reception in the moment of your check-in (cash or by credit card). In case a payment in advance is requested (bank transfer) please inform us few days earlier so we can prepare the account payment and send it to you via email.


4. Data security

Customer’s reservation data is confidential. Personal data will not be disclosed to other persons or companies, but it remains available to the authorities entitled to make any verifications justified under the law of Republic of Moldova.

Reservation data must be provided carefully. The Hotel Platinum JND can cancel any reservations that were submitted incorrectly or contain wrong data.


5. Complaints

Any complaints should be sent via email to info@platinum.md no later than seven days from your check-out. The claim will not be analyzed if sent later than 7 days.
